Aim
The Programme aims to:
- develop your employees' common understanding of digitalisation
- offer understanding of the effects of digitalisation on the company (e.g. digital value chains)
- enable your employees to assist the management in driving positive digital change withing the company
- provide hands-on knowledge about digital impacts on the workplace and
- promote interdisciplinary thinking
Modules
The Programme consists of 3 modules:
- Understanding digitalisation - fundamental notions & concepts of the Industry 4.0, workshop with the simulation game "Smart Factory"
- Initialising Digitalisation - Smart-Factory Ideation Map: self-directed ideation combined with idea-sparring
- Shaping Digitalisation - Concretisation of ideas, presentation
Target Audience
The Programme is designed for team leaders, floor management and middle management, with emphasis on production companies.

One full-day training. Addressing changes that come with Industry 4.0 from the participants' perspectives and situations and the effects that digitalisation has on them. |

Initialising Digitalisation |

Detecting HotSpots for digital change in business. Participants develop independent ideas and use facilitators as sparring partners. This runs through the course of two weeks. |

Shaping Digitalisation |
4h |
Helping participants refine and finalise their ideas. Completed ideas are discussed with management. The companies' actions in the context of digitalisation are then introduced in a way that employees understand how to support and act in accordance with the new strategy. |
