Blaž is the founder and the CEO of NewCompanyX. He has collaborated with various Slovenian and foreign companies such as
Austrian Airlines, Hewlett-Packard, Samsung, Toshiba, Astellas Pharma, Atlantic Grupa, Mimovrste, Helios, Si.mobil (today A1), Studio Moderna, Talum, Lesnina, Gorenje, Združenje Manager, Intesa Sanpaolo, Generali, HSE, and more.
He started running training modules and workshops on (startup) business, marketing, product (re)engineering, live experience design, and business games design in 2007. In 2014, he specialized in the Nordic tradition of role-playing via the methodology of edu-LARP (educational Live-Action Role-Playing), helped create more than 20 scenarios, and facilitated and mentored numerous international training sessions on educational role- playing games. In 2017, he made a business game on the topic of digital transformation called Digital Shift in collaboration with Deloitte.
Blaž earned his degree in Sociology and HR Management. He is the author of the book “Imagine This – The Transformative Power of Edu-Larp in Corporate Training & Assessment”, which was published by Rollespilsakademiet (Copenhagen, Denmark 2018). He is a licensed facilitator of business games at the Copenhagen Game Lab and a licensed facilitator of the Experiential Learning and Critical Pedagogy (Freire/Kolb) method at the International Experiential Learning Network (Estonia). Blaž is a member of Foresight Europe network, and the founder of the Slovenian Meetup® group Futurists.
Multimedia and storytelling wizard Erik is the co-founder of the R&D department Pattern.City of Ljudska Univerza Velenje. Erik’s forte is bringing together multimedia technologies of MR, video mapping, design, and augmented reality into novel virtual experiences, while being practical with the use of available and existing technology that event participants have at their disposal.
Erik's fields of professional development are immersive experience, interactivity, mixed realities (VR, AR, MR), transmedia storytelling, deviceless networks, cognitive networks, iot, smart cities, entertainment, future internet, UI experiments, UX, social impact of technology, Science with and for Society.

Louise is our eLearning and training specialist. Over the past 20 years, she has worked with hundreds of teachers worldwide in expanding their pedagogical repertoire and transforming the learning process for their students. Simultaneously, Louise has focused on creating new flexible and futures-focused eLearning approaches.
As a Learning designer, Louise aims for high impact transference of learning into practice, resource development for professional practice and online learning facilitation. Her strongest interest lies in the creation and potential of Labyrinths as tools for experiential learning.
Louise’s skills in designing the learning process, strong coaching and supervision capabilities make her a go-to player when it comes to creating resources and learning modules that are designed to model best practice and address futures-related issues and trends.
Her degrees in Teaching and Education come from RMIT in Melbourne and Flinders University in Adelaide, but her activities frequently turn her from an Aussie to a global resident, as she steadily delivers her knowledge and experience to individuals and organizations worldwide.
HR specialist, Facilitator
Manja is a specialist for key human resource development in businesses. She spent 5 years developing strategy HR consulting skills at several international HR organizations and is now the owner of KIC. Since 2010, she has been helping various organizations in finding and developing key leaders, professionals and managers.
She designs strategical HR projects of comprehensive key employee development, establishes systems of competencies, and consults her partners on key questions of strategic HR themes, Annual Performance Appraisal Interviews, outplacement programmes, and headhunting. She has collaborated with both Slovenian and foreign companies, such as B/S/H, Ecolab, Sava Tires/Goodyear, SC Johnson, Schindler, Sportina, Studio Moderna, Unicredit Bank, BKS bank, Kolektor Group, and more.
Manja earned her degree in Sociology and HR Management at the Faculty for Social Sciences in Ljubljana.
Romy Alexandra Solomon
Romy is our international super-star trainer, facilitator and live experience designer. She has delivered nearly 1,000 hours of experiential training to more than 2,300 individuals in 20 countries across 4 continents. A born-and-raised New Yorkan, she adds a cosmopolitan flavour to our facilitators team.
Her portfolio includes clients such as Peace Corps (Moldova), Project Potential (India), IELN (Estonia), European Commission's Erasmus+ programmes, etc.
Romy was awarded a Fulbright research grant in Romania, where she worked with non-governmental organizations to research innovative new methods of human trafficking prevention through experiential learning. Romy has been certified in Experiential Learning by David Kolb, Alice Kolb, and Kay Peterson from the Institute for Experiential Learning in the United States. For her youth work, Romy was awarded a Milli Award in 2016, recognized as a Millennial Under 30 Changing the World.
She graduated from the University of Maryland in 2011 where she earned a B.A. in Government and Politics and a minor in International Development and Conflict Management.
Nejc joined the team as a digital producer and takes care of new online, streaming and production tech in marketing and internal communication. He specialises in new technologies and digital content production. He calls himself a people, tech, and internet junkie.
During his time of study, he collaborated with Za in Proti – Pro et Contra, where he held a string of debate tournaments. Later, he started running projects at several organisations on the topics of sociology, education, critical thought, and the use of social media, while starting to amass experience as both an animator and a facilitator.
He has collaborated on project-based work with Generali, HSE, Helios, Adriatic Slovenica, Talum, ZRC-SAZU, Danfoss, Roche, Deichmann, Atlantic Grupa, and the Slovene Advertising Festival – SOF. As a moderator and facilitator with a Google Educator Level 1 certificate Nejc sets up both online and in-person events as well as facilitates group workshops. He is finishing up his studies in media and communication studies at the Faculty for Social Sciences in Ljubljana and is specialising in the use of social media as a part of everyday communication habits.
A landscape architect-turned graphic and web designer, Katja is a member of Baltazar consulting core team, providing the company and its clients with fresh design: corporate graphic IDs, print materials for marketing and sales teams, and 3D visualizations.
She consults companies on choosing the right design guidelines for office spaces and office building landscapes, to match the company's design ID.
Katja has worked with clients such as Mercator, Sportina, Intersport, Petrol, Big Bang, Lidl, Modiana, NLB Vita, etc.
She holds a degree in landscape architecture engineering, issued by the Biotechnology Faculty at the University of Ljubljana.
Dr. Bernhard Albert
Dr. Bernhard Albert, founder of the Foresight Solutions, is an expert in strategic foresight and innovation as well as in the future of value and supply chains and operations management. He has started his first managerial position in 1981 and has continued developing his skills both first-hand, and as a consultant/trainer.
He has worked and collaborated with companies such as BAVC, KSB AG, Audi AG, System Alliance, future_bizz, BMW Group, SOS Global Partners and PS Packservice. He specialises in future studies and focuses on creating a shared understanding of emerging realities.
André is the founder and Managing Director of Schaltzeit GmbH. He got his diploma on International Management in 2005, and finished Future Studies in 2017 at FU Berlin. His professional mission is to inspire, to propose initiatives or encourage others to do so. He is a strong believer in challenging the viewpoints and perceptions in the business world of today.
